List your 10 gratitudes
Pick 10 things—big or small—that remind you life still has beauty. Each one gets 4 images (40 total).
Add uplifting music
Choose a track that elevates the mood. Use your platform's licensed music library to keep it legal and shareable.
Share and invite others
Post your video and challenge others to do the same. One lifted spirit creates many lifted spirits.
